Here is a list of some of the new shows on display in Toronto this week.
“BowsArt,” a group show by the members of the Hang Man Gallery runs from November 29 – December 24.
The artists of the Lonsdale Gallery are also holding a special holiday group show from December 1, 2011 – January 29, 2012.
Carole Freeman is showing her Facebook portraits at the Edward Day Gallery. The show runs from December 1, 2011 – January 7, 2012.
Shawna Eberle is exhibiting her photos at Toronto Image Works for the month of December.
“1/1,” a group show of one-offs, shows from December 1 – December 17 at Bau-Xi Photo.
John Dickson is showing his video sculptures based on Apocalypse Now and Nosferatu at Katharine Mulherin Contemporary Art Projects. Catch them from December 1 – December 31.
“Household Notions” a group show featuring embroidery, needle work, lace and porcelain, is on at Telephone Booth Gallery until January 28, 2012.
The annual “Annual Artists’ Proof Sale” is on at the Open Studio. It runs until December 17.
Barbara Steinman is exhibiting at Olga Korper Gallery from December 3, 2011 – January 21, 2012.
From December 3 – 23, Paul Sloggett and Tony Urquhart are showing at the Moore Gallery.
Amanda Clyne has a new series of paintings on at p | m Gallery from December 8, 2011 – January 30, 2012.
