Here is a list of some of the new shows on display in Toronto this week.

Jean Bridge has a new video installation running at the Red Head Gallery which takes a look at views of the street. It runs from January 4 – 28.

The group show “Salon 6” will be running at Propeller from January 4-29.

Jeff Dywelska examines the life and lifestyles of suburbanites in his new show at the Communication Art Gallery. His show runs from January 6-25.

Mary Catherine Newcomb new show addresses her interest in the symbolic value of rabbits as well as various natural cycles, memory, and the imagination. Meanwhile, Martha Eleen presents a suite of paintings that investigate her relationship with her son Gabe. At the Loop Gallery from January 7 – January 29.

More than twenty artists are featured in Gallery 1313‘s First Annual Emerging Artists Show. They include UofT’s own Nikki White. The show runs from January 4-22.
